Operational experience: IT Systems and Strategy Manager with over 20 years experience in IT strategic and operational delivery; budget and risk management; Project and Programme Management; systems management and implementations; corporate, GCSX and ESMCP / ESN security delivery and improvements; shared / joint services and public sector partnerships; effective vendor manager and highly effective stakeholder manager and communicator.
Sector experience: Local, regional and central government, emergency / blue light services plus financial institutions.
Location: Operating within the West Midlands, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Oxfordshire. Also available for wider / national contracts in a hybrid and / or remote capacity.
